Dr. Martin T. Schwab

Martin went to law school at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. It was during the course of his studies that he founded his first ventures. After his doctorate thesis dealing with the European law of stock corporations he started his career as research assistant and attorney-at-law working for international law firms in Frankfurt and Munich in the field of tax and corporate law. In 2009 he was appointed Notary Public in his hometown Munich.
Martin gained extensive international experience working in foreign locations including Los Angeles, London and Milan. Besides his frequent publications in law journals and compendia he offers tutorials and seminars focusing on company law and estate planning on a regular basis.
